Jim’s coaching philosophy is firmly rooted in his practical experience, the importance of emotional intelligence, his research and learnings in the authentic leadership space, and his commitment to helping others grow and find their authentic path.

He brings 35+ years of industry, leadership, and
C-Suite experience alongside the academic and professional coaching foundation he earned in the Emory Goizueta Business School Graduate Diploma program. Jim is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Each coaching assignment is tailored to the client’s unique needs, goals and personality, producing short- and long-term impact and success.
Jim is committed to maintaining a robust, yet client-focused and bespoke coaching practice. Initial discussions with the client include joint development of end goals and aspirations that can be refined over the course of the assignment. Typical coaching timelines range from 6-9 months, with longer engagements available as needed.
Jim’s executive coaching practice leverages his book, his research, his practical experience, and his ongoing education. The ideal coaching candidate is in a management or leadership role at any stage of their career and personal journey.

Developed with a company as a benefit program or with the individual client. These sessions can be virtual or in-person. Typical agreements have weekly sessions and follow-up work built into the project plan.
